Mar 1961 - First shipment of Idaho state library books (6 boxes) were returned to the Idaho State Library. Statement by American Library Association read regarding the public being able to decide for themselves what to read rather than being censored.
May 1961 - new board President Willa Morgan presiding
March 1961 - bank balance $1,122.89.
August 1962 - Lorene Wilkerson moving away, Esther Muhs to take her place.
September 1962 - Idaho State can not provide funding this year. Impact - library cut back to being open 5 hours a week on Wed. 1-4 pm and Sat. 2-4 pm at $0.85 per hour for librarian.
August 1963 - Board member exploring Library District.
